How do you charge for your services?
Most of our ongoing services are offered on a fixed monthly or annual fee agreed upfront, so you always know what to expect. After a free consultation we send a tailored proposal based on the size and complexity of your work.
Can you help if my KRA returns are late or I have penalties?
Yes. Our registered tax agents can bring your filings up to date, prepare outstanding returns and, where appropriate, apply for a waiver of penalties and interest on your behalf.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. We serve clients in all parts of Kenya using secure web-based systems, phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls. You are also welcome to visit us at View Park Towers in Nairobi.
Can you train our accounts team?
Yes. We run bespoke corporate training in person or online — from bookkeeping, tax compliance and QuickBooks/Sage to IFRS, IPSAS and leadership. Self-paced courses are also available on Optima Learning.
